Dr. Mike Murphy

Dr. Mike Murphy  is the director of Murphy Chiropractic Center.  He is also the owner and director of Murphy Chiropractic Center in Hannibal, Missouri. Dr. Mike is a 4th generation Chiropractor and has been in practice for 39 years.  The two centers offer comprehensive Chiropractic care with many types of natural treatments to help a wide range of health problems.

 Dr. Jane E. Rackley

Dr. Rackley is the staff Chiropractor at Murphy Chiropractic Center. She spent her childhood in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and later moved to Henderson, Kentucky.  Dr. Rackley obtained her undergraduate degree in communications and then served in the U.S. Army as a photographer.  She was stationed both in Germany and at the Pentagon.  Dr. Rackley was injured while working as a police officer in Arlington, Virginia.  Because of this injury, she discovered Chiropractic.  Dr. Jane  found out that not only did Chiropractic help the body heal her significant injuries but also improved her health.  This experience prompted Dr. Rackley to attend and graduate from Logan College of Chiropractic. 

She primarily has practiced in her own clinic for several years in Indiana, and most recently in Colorado.  She has chosen to relocate back to the  midwest and practice in Mexico, Missouri to serve the healthcare needs of the people in this community.

She has treated patients from a few hours old to 101 years young during her 11 years of practice. Patients having all types of conditions from minor to very serious typically find their way to her and can receive good results.  This also includes people who are already well and choose a higher degree of wellness.  Her practice style is a mixture of a traditional and non-traditional approach in the scope of Chiropractic and healthcare. 

She is diligent in providing the best and most effective possible treatments available today for her patients.

Outside of the office she enjoys the outdoors such as hiking, biking, canoeing, rafting and camping.  Dr. Rackley also actively particitpates in one of the local spiritual groups.

                                              Missy Finch

 Missy Finch is the office manager at Murphy Chiropractic.She will help you with your scheduling and insurance needs.  Her primary focus is to make sure you have a pleasant experience while  receiving care.  Missy has lived in Mexico most of her life.   She and her husband Chris have two beautiful girls Alison and Natalie.  In Missy's spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing cards, but her greatest joy is being a mom!

                                                                Julie Blair 

Julie Blair assists Dr. Rackley in the care of patients. She grew up in Mexico. Julie and her husband have two boys.  Her family enjoys being outdoors, riding four wheelers, sporting events, and racing. Julie also like shopping and spending time with family and freinds.
